All possible steps have been taken to ensure that there is no scope for leakage of information from our end. We have deployed state of the art network using structured cabling and secured the network using the Cisco Firewall and framed stringent policies for inbound network users and security parameters that have to be matched for connecting to the resources of Mindsprings.Each of our client is given a secure FTP account on the FTP server . This ensures that no person except the client and the team leader can have access to the information of the client. For our clients with larger amount of data , we provide dedicated storage techonology (Network Attached Storage). This storage techonology is completly secured with in-built MD5 encryptions.

NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS

Mindsprings signs non-disclosure agreements with all its global clients and never fails to enforce its rigorous confidentiality standards.Even in the absence of NDAs, we promise total confidentiality of data or the nature of work. We enable this with the help of various electronic surveillance methods as well as physical security checks.
