Managing Director of the company, he heads areas such as finance, technology implementation, facilities management and general administration. He liaises between partners and members of the company and his main function is to develop and implement initiatives to ensure seamless operation within the company.

Ms. Nidhi Singh

Nidhi Singh a qualified law graduate having a post graduate degree in History with five years of experience exclusively managing large offshore teams. She has extensive working experience as a lawyer in India and with lawyers and consultants in US, UK, Canada. She has ability to mentor staff and provide guidance and support and is directly involved with micro level production. She has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.

Kulwant Singh

Finance Director

Kulwant Singh, is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Price Waterhouse and also worked for Haines Watts. He has extensive experience over a wide range of industries and international companies. Mr Singh graduated in 1985 at Birmingham University where he studied Mathematical Statistics. He joined Delcam in 1991 as a Financial Controller and is now responsible for all Group financial aspects and AIM compliance.

Monisha

Vice President, Operations

Monisha is known for her capabilities in creating high performance teams and delivering quality solutions. A qualified lawyer, Monisha has approximately 5 years of experience in the LPO industry.

Monika Malik

Head - Human Resource

Monika is responsible for managing the personnel department at Mindsprings. She takes care of all aspects of recruitment, appraisals, training of new employees and employees welfare. Having good communication skills, she acts as a mentor to the employees and has a key role in maintaining employee relations, team building and employee motivation which is necessary to continuous improvement and the ongoing success of the company. Also, responsible for formulating various HR policies.

Monika Kanwar

Head - Technical

Monika's rich and varied experience in software technology and management ranges from programming and project management to managing software and hardware delivery. Having insight knowledge of computers and its networking, her key responsibilities are to look after the overall health of the network, server deployment, security, ensuring network connectivity throughout a company's infrastructure, maintenance of certain network servers, file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems and all other technical considerations at the network level of an organizations technical hierarchy.

He brings in 10 years of experience in handling Litigation and E-discovery projects along with setting up the entire operations of Litigation support.
