coded with separate fields like author, recipient,

The scanned documents in TIF formats are converted
to the desirable formats i.e. MS Word, TXT, RTF
etc through specialized optical character recognition
(OCR) or intelligent character recognition (ICR).
The electronic data can be delivered in various
different formats like ASCII, CSV and database
files through CGI scripts.
