The client approached Mindsprings for the On line review of over 700,000 documents for a construction case with in a short time of 10 weeks. The client had limited logins and at the same time wanted to use these logins during their working hours for another step of process on the already reviewed documents. The Mindsprings immediately upon the receipt of instructions and login details started working on the data.

Project Requirement:
- Over 700,000 documents were to be reviewed for relevance and Non relevance.
- The documents to be reviewed within 10 weeks
- All these documents were to be reviewed on-line at client’s end
Client end Problem:
- Limited work force at client’s end as they were engaged at other work as well.
- Restrictions on posting the documents onto third party server for review.
- Limited login available at client’s end also they wanted these logins to be used at their end for another step of processing so the Mindsprings team cannot during their working hours.

- Immediately after receiving the project specification and logins information, Mindsprings assigned a dedicated team for the project.
- A dedicated 2 Mbps leased line was provided to access the data to ensure the speedy document review.
- The review team started reviewing the documents based upon the specifications after client office timings.
- Mindsprings team created a log of queries side by side so that the same could be sent to client for responses during their working hours and is ready for Mindsprings team when they come back for work (A small team was created to coordinate this between client and Mindsprings)
- Initial 5 days were quit hectic to set the process but after that the process was set and entire project went well.
