Preparation of deposition summaries
Project Requirement:
- Deposition summaries for 2000 pages of transcript summaries are to be prepared within a time frame of one week.
- All the summaries need to be completed within 0ne week and to be sent back to attorney in the prescribed three column format.
Law Firm Problem:
- Limited work force at law firm and were occupied with other documentation work for the case.

- Mindsprings has the requisite team in place to handle the deposition summaries work.
- A team of 15 lawyers was immediately created along with a senior Lawyer heading the team.
- Out of 15, 10 lawyers were ut on production and 5 lawyers were given the task of quality and consistency check.
