We meet our clients to understand the projects and the deliverables from our team and accordingly we draft the Service level agreement (SLA) so as to avoid any confusion at any stage of project.

• Preliminary Analysis :

  On receipt of initial information about the nature of your project, we conduct a preliminary analysis and provide you with a brief summary of the parameters of the project with alternatives to resolve the task.

• Project Transition and Management:

  On finalization of the proposal the execution of the project shall commence. The first step in this stage requires transmission of data from the client to the main server of Mindsprings after which the project is assigned to the designated administrator who is responsible for verifying and organizing the information. The project is then allocated amongst the various team leaders who are responsible for the actual processing of data, proof reading of prepared documents and also for quality assurance. The final quality check is done by the administrator who then gives the final approval for the delivery of data to the client.
