We are transparent, forthright and realistic in our costs and billings.

Rates:

We have separate fee module for various services from where clients can choose the rates according to their needs:

Per man hour costs i.e hourly rates

For services where time to be taken for a particular project or assignment cannot be predetermined.

Flat Fee or Fixed Fee

For tasks which are continuous and regular
The work hours for the service to be provided are predetermined
Could be for a single shift i.e. eight hours, two shifts i.e. 16 hours or three shifts i.e. 24 hours.

Per document/per page

Charged in document support. Cost is evaluated on the basis of number of entries on a particular page.

The above mentioned are general parameters of the rates being charged. An exact effort estimate will be evaluated after a detailed understanding of the client's service requirements will be undertaken. The same shall then be conveyed and frozen before the work is initiated.
Subject to the volume and complexity of the work, the module can be altered.

Billing:

Our internal management system facilitates the recording of the actual work done by us for the client to provide accurate billing. It is mandatory for every employee to log in and record on their timesheet the work undertaken every hour. The clients have the option to have an access to our internal time management system thus confirming transparency in all our dealings.
