OUR OPERATION STRUCTURE

We act as an extended team for all our clients who shift their research and support wings to us. This gives them all the advantages of legal outsourcing, enabling them to concentrate on the core strengths and business developments. We follow pre-defined standards for presentation and communication so that quality is maintained at all levels and security is ensured. For this we have in place specific electronic and physical security features detailed below:

Electronic security features:
We have deployed state of the art network using structured cabling and secured the network using the Cisco Firewall

  • We have framed stringent policies for inbound network users and have tried to match security parameters for connecting to the resources of Mindsprings
  • We emphasize on Data integrity and backup and have deployed system based on Network Area Storage for daily scheduled backups and disaster recovery plans
  • We have used State of the art IBM server to give proxy services and for file storage purposes.
  • Daily on-site backup with off site backup is also being maintained.
  • We use only the original versions of software in the various processes no pirated versions anywhere in any sphere.
  • In case there is no activity for more than seven minutes, there is an automatic shut down of the screen after which re-login is required to access data.

Physical security features:

  • We have designed separate work groups for the different services. Each work group is allotted a password that would allow it to access the data pertaining to a particular service. No work group has access to the data forwarded to another group.
  • Our facility boasts of the most effective office security and surveillance features and our office is segregated into separate work areas with restricted access control. Entry to the work premises is controlled through swipe card access
  • There is due verification of authorized users of data stored in the main server.
  • All the employees are made to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" which further addresses security issues and monthly reminders are sent to all employees regarding the liability imposed on them in case of leakage of data from their end.
  • We ensure that the identity of the client is not disclosed to the support teams at any stage of our project. The name and other personal details are withheld from them and only the Project Administrator is aware of the identity of the client he is working for.
  • We have provided for physical frisking of all entrants before entry into the work area. Separate area has been demarcated where the employees are required to deposit their belongings including baggages and shoes.
  • No staff member is allowed to carry or have access to any output device on their systems. This is to ensure that nobody is able procure a copy of the project data and client information.
  • Only those systems have been provided with internet access facility, where it is essentially required for research purposes. The machines otherwise are not connected to internet.
